UPDATE 1

Well, it's December and we are still at it. We are making good progress every week so I feel good about that.
It is close enough to complete though that I am starting to get antsy... I can't wait to lose the hammer and start recording. At the moment, we are getting ready to do the final paint on the walls prior to getting the carpet installed.

After the carpet, I can start wiring the console and snakes into the patchbay. The fabric frames and ceiling treatments will probably be the last things we do.
