This is LDQ's studio update 2.
Here
we sealed the window frame with wallboard and caulking in order
to make the triangular shape slot resonator airtight.

Here we start to place the 4” rockwool in the vocal booth’s
walls.

Here you can see the frame for the ceiling; I attached the studs
with metal brackets on each side.

Here you can see the rockwool on the ceiling.

This is one of the studio’s wall. This wall will be 50 % reflective
and 50% absorptive. The parts where the yellow insulation is
placed (Knauf 2”boards) will be panels with 1/8” ¼” and
½” plywood. The others will be 4” rockwool covered with
cloth.

This is another of the studio’s wall. This wall will be cloth
and slots.

In this shot you can see the other wall, which will be just
wallboard finish. You can also see the Knauf 2” boards.

Now we start with the control room…This is a shot of the front
wall frame.

Now the rockwool is placed

And finally covered with wallboard.

In the last three shots you can start to see the control room
getting shape

Looking
