Starting from scratch. Need help guys, ive done it alone the first time, and it sounded awful, Dead and unbalanced, had to destroy the room and start all over, very confused about what should be done, is the space ok for a good sounding control room? i'm investing in a good pair of Studio Monitors, bad room good monitors doesn't solve the issue. thanks John for the outstanding help, i'm lucky i found this website.
Waiting for any suggestions everyone.

Location 3rd floor. Small Building.
Other Room is right now a living space, that i intend to transform into a live Room.

Hi Sarry,

if you could read the read-me before posting stickie and provide detailed information on your requirements for the studio, equipment, budget and existing construction will be key given you're planning on putting this up on the 3rd floor.
